Over the years we have refined the research and selection of the meat we brought to the table, taking care of the entire supply chain process. The animals come all from controlled and certified farms, where they are fed with first quality food without the use of hormones and antibiotics.

It is important to understand what you are eating and to be convinced that what we eat is healthy, qualitatively safe and good for our health.
A trip to our farms
We do our work, first of all, a work on the culture of the product.
We follow step by step the process of selection of meat, breeding, slaughtering, processing and maturation of meat. The supply chain is controlled by our collaborators that allow us to have an understanding of food quality and safety data. Quality is the main characteristic that meat must have.
